Isn't this for tomorrow AM...it's gonna be in the 60's at 6AM. I just packed my stuff in the car so I'm up for it even if only a couple guys show up. Always more No's than Yes's for these MnG's. No need for a contest or anything ...let's just show up and fish.

I'm planning on being there at 6:30.

I can't make tomorrow but I liked the idea so much that I plan to head to duke island park bright and early Sunday. If anyone else can't make tomorrow or feels like spending a second morning on the Raritan I will be there from 7 am until 10-11 Sunday. Probably start at bottom of the dam and then work downstream. Make sure you guys who meet tomorrow post later in the day so I have an idea how the bite is in those parts!

Throw 1/2 oz chatters with big trailer tails. 4" keitech. If there's a big fish around it'll eat it.

If you've never fished for them before in the river you're in for a treat if you hook an 18+" fish. They go ape sh*t. Esp this time of yr.

My last 3 nite trips blew goats. Perhaps first light and dusk would be better... good luck guys. Can't swing it tomorrow.

Thanks for having me guys. I had a real blast today. I will be back again hopefully we can all get together soon. Never new smallies were so fun. I caught some and lost just as many but it was great. I used a few baits but all my fish were hooked on chatterbait with trailer

good time, I believe all got fish BUT ME!!!

your chatterbait/trailer was dead on for Mr.G (you should have seen the size of his first fish that self-released : - )

got nearly six hours of water walking recon in, water was crystal clear, fairly veggie, and I didn't see a foreign object in the water until the sixth hour at Robert St! (an engine block, who goes out of their way to dump a block in the river???)

There are monsters in that river, and I had one at the end of my line. Big as a whale. Eyes that shot red fire. Dragged me for miles down river. It was the fish that ate Jonah hahaha

Not many fish landed today, but a ton of fun nonetheless. So stoked that we got Josh his first ever smallie! Today was the first day that actually felt like fall, we were even treated to spitting rain in the morning. I think this is my last trip to the river this season without waders.

Good times fellas.. I got 4 smallies biggest went 15 inch and 1 lg mouth.. I trew top water and followed up with swim bait.. learned a lil 2!! Good group of guys I'd fish with every1 of them again!!! Sorry no porn as I can't post.. that's y I dnt anymore
