Got a PM from him this morning and he wanted me to let everyone know he will be unable to fill sinker orders since he is in the hospital :(

Wow, this news sucks. Not that there could ever be a good time to be hospitalized. But, Christmastime, really?

Sam is a terrific guy. He always delivered the goods and the price was always right.

Not a bad fisherman either. Did a couple magic hours on the Misty Morn when he was on board. He certainly held his own.

Just spoke to Sam. He sounds like he's in good spirits he says he's gonna come by here and post what's going on. Honestly I'm not a hundred percent sure be knew who I was despite knowing him a decade but the phone connection kept crapping out also. I must have told him 5 times that nobody needs sinkers bad enough for him to risk getting more sick but he sounds determined. Maybe that's a good thing.
