Fish Monger II Wed 12/3 Slow blackfishing to 14 lbs -

Well the guys were willing to come down n check out conditions in the am. Layed down and was much nicer than I thought it would b so we gave it a go. Fish weren't in the mood again yet tho. Only a handful of keeper fish from everywhere ya went n a couple shorts. Ya get a little life n then it would just die. Highlight of the day was Chris Flamini who rod doubled over n up to the net came his personal best a monster male blackfish over 14lbs!!! It gets better... His next crab down was a 12lber!!! 26 lbs of blackfish in 5 min a day he will remember for along time to come. Congrats bro well deserved! Still was disappointed in the life went to deeper water today try n get us in the game after the blow but it didnt help. Gave it hell but could only scrape up 24 keepers for the 8 man crew. Hopefully they chew harder again tomorrow as the ocean settled down nicely! Thanks again guys

Thank you all for taking the time to congratulate me on this memorable trip aboard the Fish Monger 2. It was truly an unforgettable experience to pull up first a 14 pounder followed by a 12.

I've learned a lot by reading various tips and technique's here on NJFishing, and I am fortunate enough to fish with some of the best captains and boats here in NJ. In addition, I always learn from the great fisherman I have the privilege of fishing with on each trip out.

Again, Thank you all to those who have helped me achieve this accomplishment and for all the kind words.
