Sentencing today in boat arson!
 

the two punks who destroyed BIG MAC as well as four other boats are sentenced today in Plymouth, ma. for numerous counts of arson. they will receive three years in state prison, fire marshalls very upset with the plea bargain, they wanted eight years, many firemen were injured. all over the news up here today. they were caught when the harbor master became suspicious of them at the marina fire and took down their license plate number. a court ordered gps unit was installed under their vehicle and it placed their car at other blazes the next few months. 3 years was a gift, these scumbags apparently hired lawyers with a judge in their pocket. What a disgrace!

my company has backhoes and our own concrete trucks. I have a boat also...

in all seriousness though. I am sorry for your loss, but I am glad that at the least they caught the scumbags... eventually.... how many other fires were they linked to before they got them? Hopefully its the longest three years in their lives and it rehabs them.

rehab, not sure of that. they were originally charged with 23 counts of arson, pleaded guilty to three. best, capt. jim

That really sucks!! Judge probably just said... well they werent homes... sometimes,or many times I rely more on karma than justice now a days. Sorry again capt.

It amazes me there's any regard for scumbags like this when they show complete disregard for other people's safety and property. They should face the stiffest penalties allowed, and maybe they will in prison! How defense attorney's live with themselves in these situations is beyond imagination. The only good news is a three year sentence can quickly turn into a life sentence if they're matched up with the wrong cell mate (or right cell mate from our perspective) Can only pray they all end up with a sore rudder!
