Andy and I have spoken about this a time or two as well as Flatcreek Phil and myself, Already planning for next year.
Was thinking about putting together a Meet&Greet Camping Weekend to fish for, what else?
HYBRIDS AT SPRUCE!!!!
Get a group together and camp/fish/eat and BS for a weekend!
Summertime Hybrids are almost as good as it gets!!!!!
Bring your kids or wife (if she wants to come) if they like to fish!
Wanna start getting this in gear so I was wondering who would be interested in doing something like this?
I know Phil and myself are Absolutely going to do it probably late July or August and I am extending a WELCOME to any NJF'ers who would like to come!
Gotta book camp sites asap so if you interested let me know!!!!!

We can fish for like 48 hrs straight for what ever we want if we want!
Planning on bringing my daughter and possibly my son. She's a night owl and WILL FISH ALL NIGHT JUST LIKE HER FATHER!!!! lol

The proximity of Spruce Run campgrounds not only puts you right on the fish but you have quick and easy access to Round Valley and a host of trout streams as well. By July and August those trout streams are pretty much done, but the hybrid fishing will just be picking up. I say pick a date and go for it.
I think I still have some camping stuff in the attic.

As Eddie would say, it would be Epic!!!!!!!! Fish happy hour, go back to camp, eat sleep a hour or two and go back out at 1 or 2 for the topwater bite, go back to camp, eat sleep and get up in the morning an do it all over again. The res can fished from shore, kayaks, canoes, small boats up to 10 hp, they rent boats and there is a beach you can walk to. You can beach your boat at the campsites, eat sleep and fish without ever getting in the car, sounds like a perfect couple of days to me and you may even run into the great Manny L. :)

ABSOLUTELY EPIC!!!! Where do I sign up? Fishing, campfires, food, outdoors and great people. This is my element, great idea!!!

Gotta hide the brews from the park ranger!!!!

Checked the solunar chart and it says the 25th ,26th, and 27th is the best of july and aug. So let's go for that.

Sounds like an excellent idea. Been dying to do something like this for years. Be great to meet some new fishing buddies.

Ive done it for the past two years with the family and always thought how cool it would be to have more people. The sites, especially the ones with water access fill up by april latest may especially for july. Its a blast guys we should def do this!!!!!!! Fishing access 24-7 its nuts and you can just waite to hear the blitz on campers point each night :) just figure a date and im in with family and boat
