Black Kroc's for bass. Yay or Nay???
 

Got to see the newest color today. I have a couple samples, but the order will be another week or two out.

Powder coated here in NJ, so its a good tough finish, not the type that is sitting in the package after being bounced around.

In theory, black should be a killer. But, I'm being honest when I say I have not fished them yet and I can not offer any input other than saying they should be good!

The marks on the under side of the smaller Kroc would be my finger prints from me touching it. Thats how nice the finish is. Its like glass. They look better n person, but Im curious what you guys think?

Sizes: 5oz / 7oz / 9oz with a ball bearing swivel connecting the hook for bigger fish.

Yes!!! I did a few old jigs in black this winter to try. Did not think of the holo tape......They look sharp.

I say Yay! The bait looks dark in the water with a flash so that should mimic them pretty good.. Ill be picking up a few!

I say Yay. You can catch em day and night with the black bomber, these should work great.

I know black is the "chit" at night...... We expect to have them in this week. Been away from the internet for a week .... sorry for the delay.

Im working on getting the 2.5oz & 3oz sizes in black as well.

Black will be in stock after 4pm today. We will have 5oz and 7oz to start. I will update the website tonight for online orders.

Capt. Mike Bogan had an old Croc that he painted black/white scrambled egg like the West Coast Salas jigs . I netted many Bass for him until he lost it . I'd fish the black day or night .

Have weighed in a few 20# plus fish on them already so I guess they are working. Especially on a cloudy day or low light conditions. In all fairness, they said the white was working almost as well. Black & White outfished the regular chrome models on the 4 boats that have had fish south of MI this past week.

We have sizes 3oz / 5.5oz / 7oz / 9oz in stock in all colors now. Pink Flash - Green Flash - Purple Flash - Black Flash - White Flash

This week should see better fishing. Prices range from $8-$12 up to 9ozs Industrial Powder Coating done right here in NJ, so they are not cracking easily.

This seems to be the story with several guys. I guess we have the answer. Thanks for the feed back.

I am also getting them in smaller 2oz size for the surf crowd. Right now the 2oz are not done in black, but we are having them done as we speak.
