Black Friday Blackfishing anyone?
 

I always have the day after Thanksgiving off and am usually scrambling trying to find out where to fish. So of course this year during my wedding Sunday, refi on my house Friday and a Honeymoon I'm deciding to put a trip together.

Bang 'em on the Bingo!!!

Still waiting on the suggested head count from the Capt...but thought I'd toss this out there and start up a list.

I would like to come but have knee surgery scheduled for Sept 29th so Idk if I will be able to fish yet or not. If you have any spots open short notice please keep me in mind.

Ok...with you Ron we have 7, so half way there. Going to limit this trip to 14 at 100 a head. Includes fare, tip and I'm thinking some catered subs and drinks.

OK gents. Trip is booked up and the deposit is on it's way.

What I'll need from everyone is a check for either $50 to hold your spot with the balance due on the boat, or paid in full ($100) by Nov 1st.

Make them out to Bob Leschinski (me) and I will deposit them for payment. In the event we don't sail I will mail you out a check or hand deliver your deposit.

It should be a great trip, except for all those guys from Staten Island. Don't plan on mugging em unless you have a death wish. They are known to stick a screwdriver in somebodys ear for less.

Still checking in on the site from 5000 miles away too Mikey! ;-)

In Santorini now and wont be coming back!! Thought Mykanos was the cats azz....but it doesn't hold a candle to this place. The Caldera (underwater crater from a volcanic blast) is quite a sight from our private outdoor jacuzzi. Have I mentioned not coming back?!

Funny thing is....all this water and NO fish! Spoke with a TRUE old salt at the docks, and he told me everywhere has been fished out and all the "local" catch comes off the coast of Africa. Only fish they have is farm raised Cod and some bottom fish that are a foot long with HUGE eyes. Cant remember what they are called.

In all seriousness...we are heading out tomorrow at 4:30am and will be on transfers and 2 planes untill 3:30 US time...or 10:30pm our time. Not looking forward to it at all!

Cant wait to break in my new Toggin stick from Mike G (wife's wedding gift...and is beautiful). Rod is sweet too! :D
