Hit the river today at 12 noon looking to redeem myself. Here are a few pics of my REDEMPTION!!! Biggest fish around 32 inches!!!

Thank you BD! The best thing about today is that there were 2 other Pike caught today, they were both in the 8-9 inch range. Pike are thriving in the Passaic, AWESOME!!! Had to get the lil Pike back in the water quickly to keep em happy. Oh yea the 8 incher ate a 4 inch storm shad. GO BIG OR GO F$@#ING HOME!!!!!!:D

A guy like you don't need redemption Eddie. You're one of the 10%. Sweet fish. Think I'll try to find some new shoreline on the Passaic this weekend. I still have somewhere I have to try that you told me about awhile back. Thanks for that btw, it was nice to finally meet you. Hoping we can actually fish together one day.

Nice fish Eddie. Never fished the Passaic, let alone fished for pike! Gotta give it try one of these days

Nice job with the pike!!! In my last 3 trips with the kayak, I landed 8 and lost at least that many. Most were in the 24-30 inch range, but I did get a nice solid 36" this morning. All were caught with either white or chartruse spinner baits.

If you see a green kayak on the river, say hello!!!

Where do u guys fish to pick up there fish ? Not lookin to burn ur spots, but my girlfriend lives in Harrison. Could I find them in that area ?

I am not sure if there are pike in the Passaic as far down as Harrison, and I have not fished below the falls in Paterson, but I am sure there are pike in that section.

The question is, Where are the PIKE on the PASSAIC RIVER??? Thats a GREAT question! How far up or down the river do they swim? LOL! I cant give spots to the entire state but fellas, PLEASE, get to know your local bodies of WATER! Spend a lil time out hiking and chucking some lures!:D
