Chris Lido Doing Great!

Not sure how many of you knew but Chris Lido from the Gambler just went through a some pretty serious brain surgery a few days ago. I'm happy to report all went well and he's hoping to get sprung from the hospital in the next day or 2.

Continued thoughts and prayers for Chris, Tara and the family.

You got this Chris!

Great news! Couldn't get a better Christmas present for me and especially for him, Tara and Captain Bogan's family.

Chris, I'll see you next year on the Gambler.

Chris kept some of us appraised of the Striper situation all the way up to his operation and picked up right after he started recovery. It was like he never stopped texting on our loop ! May God bless and keep him safe through his recovery. Looking forward to seeing him soon.

Thanks all. I had a pituitary tumor and it came right out through the sinus and skull chamber under my main melon. I have some lingering headaches and am taking meds and following doctor's orders. Recovery time is 4-8 weeks so it comes at a good time of year. Based on the fish we catch on the Gambler I do a lot of heavy lifting and should be back in action by the time we start spring fishing. lol

Best of luck to you and the Gambler family! Glad the issue had a resolve and Gambler fishing is back on the table.
