Gulp Question
I want to store my gulp in a tupaware container. I was curious if there would be any harm in putting them in altogether - the different colors. Not sure if the colors would run or anything like that.
Thoughts/Experiences? Thanks |
Re: Gulp Question
No problem .I store mine Tupperware for years.

Re: Gulp Question
Yes no issues just make sure you have a container that has a locking top the gulp juice makes a mess on a boat deck.

Re: Gulp Question
Rubbermaid and others have containers with gaskets and seals that work well. I have a few clear ones on my boat and they work awesome. Pretty much leak proof and have had for a few years.

Re: Gulp Question
As long as it's all Gulp and in Gulp juice you are fine. Just don't try to add Z-man Elaztech or anything else in there.

also, the gulp juice will seep through most rubber or plastic seals on these lids after a bit so make sure they are stored upright. side note, i've found that the other gel scents rubbed on other less expensive plastic lures works just as well as the gulp and don't rip in half when a fluke looks at it the wrong way haha |

There ABSOLUTELY isn’t one single plastic lure using the procure , fin essence etc that outfished gulp . It’s all been tried , but gulp hands down catches 10 times more fish . And you will also see some if those companies making competing products are pulling their stuff off the market . . |

Most guys only fish one or two styles of gulp . Conditions warrant using more than that . Grubs , mullets , nemesis , paddle Shad’s can out produce the other tail styles at different times . . |

Same conditions Now you might be able to argue scent but aren’t both GULP & Pro Cure scented (not sure if the Pro Cure Flounder Pounder scent is the same as the GULP scent but Pro Cure also come in a variety of scents) |

They both use a totally different type of scent . Gulp material allows juice to totally soak inside it . The stuff procure uses is made to stay on the outside . Washed out gulp does not catch as well as freshly saturated baits do . Reason I asked if tail was different as I have seen days here where they won’t touch a grub tail . But the paddle shad gets pounded . On slow drift days the nemesis will usually out fish both the grub and the paddle shad . . Conditions and what their forage currently is sometimes dictate what will produce best . . |
