15-16 inches . . . . . . . . . . . 1 to 1¼ 17-18 inches . . . . . . . . . . . 2 to 2¾ 20 inches . . . . . . . . . . . . . .3 to 3½ 22 inches . . . . . . . . . . . . . .4 24 inches . . . . . . . . . . . . . .5 27 inches . . . . . . . . . . . . . .8 30 inches . . . . . . . . . . . . . .10 37 inches . . . . . . . . . . . . . .20 I've found this chart to be extremely accurate. The only outlier was Dales' anorexic 27.5"er in the Elks tourny that didn't crack 7 lbs :eek: |

I typically go by
24"=4# 25"=5# 26"=6# 27"=7# Etc. There are exceptions with girth but I find this to be pretty accurate. |

I think i am finally going to break down and buy a good scale. Just have to make sure i bring it with me when i fish:D Guessing weight is no good
