Big 'Ole Briddies
 

Got out last night for some night fishing with the Team Relax crew. 5 boats, 10 guys, some of the best fishermen I know. Searched for fish for a few hours until the lake woke up at 11pm. Like someone flipped a switch, herring started spawning and some time after, the predator assault began. Being that we are near the end of the nightbite, saying we had to work for these totally herring-gorged fish is an understatement. I ended up picking up 2 nice Hybrids on Spooks with a handful lost on big explosions. Biggest went 25.5", an absolute bruiser that ripped drag like it was nothing and my biggest of the season. 2nd went 23". Packed it in around 2am. My good buddy BassPilot had the hot boat, with I think 4 'eyes and a couple 'brids. As stated earlier, the bite is getting VERY late and will be wrapping up soon!

Nice brid Rob. Had good action elsewhere last night on the GetANet. I'll hopefully post later tonight. Didn't get home until 430 this morning. I love this night shit but it's starting to hurt LOL...

Dude I hate to say it, but my body seems to be acclimating to getting 4 hours of sleep. The Redbull/Monster I.V. directly into my veins seems to help haha :p.

I blind fold myself during the day so that my eyes are adjusted right away once out on the water haha! Blueberry red bull also keeps me sharp. This night time thing is a fuggin blast!

great job boys, its rough staying out there til theyre hot this year. prime time seems to be 2am Im too old for it anymore! lol way to stick it out and keep on em, its wrapping up soon

Trick is to smack yourself in the face as hard as you can before you go! Biggest one I've seen in person was just about 25"... That right there is a monstrosity! Well done!
