cabo san lucas charters

My wife and I are going back to Cabo San Lucas for our 10TH year anniversary in April. When we were there 10 years ago we used Pisces Sportfishing for our charters. If I remeber they did a pretty good job (caught and released two marlins). As ten years have passed just wondering if anyone knows of any other good boats--or if you have used Pisces lately. Any info. would be appreciated thanks.

Fished with RedRum a few years back. Very professional nice clean boats. They are a little pricey and you can definetly find a cheaper outfit. But the professionalism in a place where i didnt know anyone was very comforting. 1/2 day 5 Dorado and 2 striped marlin not a bad few hours

Red rum went out with them half day with wife and one friend caught several different species including humble squid. Very professional and even vacuumed sealed our catch to bring back to the states free of charge. Recommend them to anyone wish I was going back soon.

Went with these guys last time down there.... http://www.elbudster.com/boats.asp

We went on their Bertram...

We had shots at Striped Marlin 2 days. We jumped 2 one day and got the skunk the 2nd day...

These guys worked hard and know what they are doing.

If you are release fishermen, let them know it's your intention to release everything. Maybe they've changed with the times, but when we went I guess 4 or 5 years ago, given the opportunity they want to hang the fish back at the marina.

I used the Elbudster also The owners name is Jim Dillon.. We caught 13 striped marlin in three trips..He actually talked me out of a fourth day to try panga (inshore fishing) which was less expensive and different pargo, roosterfish and dorado.. I Emailed him and he personally called me back..Well worth it Good Luck and post pics

Fished the past three years out of San Jose Del Cabo through Gordo Banks pangas.

I use Benito on the Parker, and Chaime Pino on the Killer....IMHO, these are far and away the two finest captains I have had the pleasure of fishing with anywhere in Mexico in the past 20 years, and a full day is a hell of a lot less than the charter boats in Cabo, just 20 minutrs up the corridor from Cabo san Lucas.

We stay at the Barcelo and highly recommend it as a truly superb, top-notch all inclusive....just 5 minutes from the marina.

This past October we bailed all the yellowfin tuna a person could hope to catch 100 yards off the beach, and battled 150+ pound tuna all day long at the Gordo Bank. I saw more 300+ pound yellows caught in two days than anytime in my life....

IM me for more details...
