If I'm not mistaken Frankies Bar & Grill is open to 2:00AM. Go Over Manasquan Inlet Bridge Two lights, left hand side. Right off Arnold Ave. I love this place.

The Sand Bar in Brielle says they're open till 2, kitchen till 10 for full menu. Till 11 for apps.
