Talked to a few people today.. The bunker have arrived.. Now that they are starting to pour in like last year the bass will be rite behind them.. Also a friend of mine picked up some bass the other day.. Hearing reports of people catching some keepers too.. So the time is almost here.. Wont be long now till we are filling up the cooler with bass!

Talked to Capt Joe this morning as well.. He is biting at the bit to get us out there and catch some Bass..

We still have days open and the time is now to get the date you want before we fill up..

Also open boat trips any day we are not chartered!

Looks like we are going to have some decent days next week weather/temp wise.. Capt Joe and I will be at the boat finishing up getting her ready.. Little painting and scrapping.. She will be looking brand new in no time!

Friend of mine was out on the water today.. Came down past browns point marina where we leave from and headed out to some numbers we had swapped last season.. Said the channel was clear at low tide.. so that is good news.. Also was able to put one keeper on the boat.. around 30in bass that was released since he does not keep anything.. Along with 5 shorts around 20-25in.. He also read a few bunker schools right out side the #1 can.. was able to snag a few.. But all the bites came from the clam..

This really makes me excited since we will be in the water by no later then then first week in April..

Few boats are starting to go into the water at Browns Point! Once Capt Joe and I finish with our minor repairs and painting we should be able to splash down asap!! Then we can begin our hunt for the infamous Striped Bass!!!!!!

Just need a break in this weather... Few things to finish up on the boat then she will be already for the season..
