No recordings, my agent would not allow it :D Probably a good thing since the camera adds 20 pounds ;)

I never tile fished before so I sat in on David Arbeitman's Deep Drop Tile Fishing seminar... Now here is a guy that has got this fishery down to a science. All sorts of specifc and well thought out terminal tackle, rods, reels and baits along with proper bait preperation and presentation. If your a Tilefish, this is a guy you'd want to avoid.

Walked around the show as well.... As far as fishing boats, lots of big center consoles on the floor to gawk at. My favorites were the Hydrasports, Cobia and Boston Whaler. Lots of pleasure boats too from pontoons to mid size express boats.

A great way to shake off the winter cold and blues.

Don't miss some of our sponsors who will be giving fishing seminars over the next few days:

Friday, February 20
- 5:00 pm Fake Out Fluke
Bait is great, but more captains are putting artificials in play now to focus attention on what those doormats are feeding on along the seasonal grounds. Join Capt. Pete & the Bucktail Boys!
Captain Pete Sykes - Parker Pete’s Sportfishing / Belmar, NJ

Saturday, February 21
- 1:30 pm NJ Offshore Smorgasbord
From inshore bluefin and small pelagics, to big game fishing in the canyons for bigeye, yellowfin, marlin and wahoo, New Jersey offers a diversity of options for those who wish to push farther and farther towards the horizon.
Capt. Fred Gamboa - Andrea's Toy Charters / Point Pleasant, NJ
- 3:00 pm Garden State Wreck Fishing
The ticket to return ‘heads’ in this game is finding ideal structure and fishing it successfully, day in and day out; if you want to learn to bottomfish like a professional, here’s your chance.
Capt. Adam Nowalsky-Karen Ann II /Atlantic City, NJ

Great to meet you too James. I saw you stuck around for David's Tile Fish presentation as well. They were closing down the show and turning off the lights and he still had people hanging around picking his brain.
