2015 I didn't get put as much as I would of liked, but when I did get out I had great success for the most part. Some highlights was my pb walleye, my first lake trout in new York plus new jersey through the ice. After ice thawed we had some great local bow fishing including a 2nd place finish in the local Delaware river tournament. Had an amazing trip to south Louisiana limiting out on redfish just about every night as well as shooting plenty of gator gar including a 6ft shortness gar, black drum, sheepshead, mullet, stingrays, carp, buffalo, and needle fish. Met great guys from across the country and won the southern Louisiana marsh madness tournament. In the Chesapeake I shot an amazing piebald cownose ray as well as my personal best st 48lbs. Made my first land based shark trip and was rewarded with a 7ft+ sand tiger. Went out with a friend and trolled up my first open water laker. Made a suicide run up to new York when the first few salmon started to appear and hooked several and landed one with no crowds. Tough striper, fluke and and blackish trips but overall a great year with great friends |

Re: Best of 2015 photos:
Hey fellas,
Figured I'd add to the collection...sorry for the selfies(lots of solo trips) Year's best Larry went 4lb 9oz, best smallie 3lb 8oz...all fish C&R. All and all a good year...feel like I learned a lot. Got to understand my FFinder better, became more consistent on my go to lakes and added some new favorite lures and techniques to the arsenal. Next year gonna try to push myself to fish more unfamiliar territory in search of all-time PB. Consistency's great but we all want that storybook Hog! Gonna be a long winter. Got to find a winter sport so I don't go crazy and my wife don't kick me out. Reorganizing my tackle box every week gets a bit old. Thanks for all the helpful insights NJF! http://s2.postimg.org/6gczxwywp/Copy_of_IMG_2855.jpg http://s1.postimg.org/f6mf7c9jz/Copy_of_IMG_3122.jpg http://s15.postimg.org/5gzdch57f/Copy_of_IMG_3517.jpg http://s21.postimg.org/ycsexsoon/Copy_of_IMG_3718.jpg http://s17.postimg.org/dns3kps2n/Copy_of_IMG_3476.jpg http://s17.postimg.org/l8v4g6n33/Copy_of_IMG_3714.jpg http://s3.postimg.org/6zom125gj/Copy_of_IMG_3124_2.jpg http://s7.postimg.org/qtjvgzqu3/Copy_of_IMG_2447.jpg http://s23.postimg.org/r6ttmoci3/Copy_of_IMG_2829.jpg |

Re: Best of 2015 photos:
2015 for me was the year of the Smallmouth Bass. Probably my favorite fish to catch and to admire they are awesome creatures! The thing about fishing is you always observe and learn something new each time out. If you ever see me on the South Branch don't be shy to say Hi! Happy New Year!

Re: Best of 2015 photos:
I share your passion for the river Smallies no doubt. They are as tough as anything out there. Fighting floods and turbulent waters make them ridiculously strong. I didn't spend enough time going after them this year but hopefully next year I'll be back on em. Really nice fish man. All big beautiful bruiser Smallies. Thanx for posting some great pics!:D
