they stay on the hook best if you lick most of the juices off 1st

At the squan they only eat it pan seared and slightly salted.....
but those brids are booshey, if ya dont wanna bring out the hot plate
and salt on the boat they will eat duck or goose liver plain:D

I strictly use KOSHER chicken livers, paired with a nice Chianti & FAVA beans.
