Don't know for a fact but I would think that they mean is the fish you bring in must be legal under NJ regulations.
If a tournament has any geographic restrictions they would clearly be stated in the rules. I've not seen this in any Fluke tournaments but some of the regional offshore tournaments state no more the X miles from a X port. |

The Forked River Tuna Club's fluke tournament begins on Saturday and runs an entire week so you don't have to worry as much about the weather.

The tournament run into Sunday or only Sat? Have to teach boating classes this Saturday.

We have a weigh in station at Bahrs Landing in the Highlands and Pell's in Point. There is a full list on weigh in stations on our websites under the tournament section
