All law enforcement has to do is place a motion activated camera there off the ground. Give it a few weeks and you'll find out who is dumping. It's an absolute shame some people have absolutely no regard for the beauty of a natural resource. Slobs. $5,000 fine isn't large enough. Make it $25,000 and mandatory jail time....they'll get the point and if they don't they'll get jail time and their checkbook will be lighter.

When RVR goes, goes fast. Ice sort of rots & becomes mush fast & then it's all gone in no time.

Anyone know if there stocking this spot this year ? If i recall last year they didn't stock it.

I believe I read that they are stocking it once this yr. last yr they didn't stock because of the disease which could've infected all the trout that are living in the valley now.

Went to RVR this afternoon, still tons of ice. Somebody has thrown some big rocks maybe 60 ft out, still solid... :confused:
