Some interesting suggestions.

I agree about it being a good idea to stock the mud holes in urban areas with trout in the spring. Those urban ponds draw a tremendous number of anglers who probably do most of their freshwater fishing during the spring stocking period.

If I could make one suggestion, it would be to change the very liberal Largemeouth Bass regulations. Right now it's a 12 inch minimum and a 5 fish maximum creel. The same as catfish.

Wouldn't a 15 inch minimum with a 2 fish creel limit make mose sense in an area as heavily over-fished as public waters in New Jersey? This suggestion has no scientific data to back it up, it's based purely on emotion. But I think it's a good one.
