Stopping is not an option. Maybe a little rest, go to the doctor, do some exercises, but stopping fishing for a while is just simply not going to happen when you know the fish are biting and you want to catch em

took a cotisone shot a few weeks ago, it lasted a day or two. not good.

the phys. therapist told me to stop fishing for a while, you all know what my response was:D

20 on 20 off right when you get back. don't use heat. promotes inflamation.
