A big thanks to LAB for putting this together...getting 40 guys together on one of these trips must be like planning for Desert Storm

Good to see guys I haven't fished with in awhile like Boston Pete and Scotty, Stellie and MVP

Watching JMurr and SportFishing go at it is worth the trip itself...both good guys and funny as hell

Didn't do well..I think it's because LAB told me to swing at every bite

True story...half way thru the day Lab turns to me and Says "Ed..you're too quiet"...I'm thinking "Holy Shit..if you ever pause maybe I'll get a chance to say something"

had a great time...food was outstanding!!! laughs were great

Great Trip Mike thanks again for setting it up....Ive only fished the OE a handful of times but everytime i get off the boat i wanna plan another trip....Great job guys and the sunset spot was great...


Strings had a tuff time on sunday had a few shots and dropped a good one...should have changed that hoook im a idiot.....

Thanks for putting this awesome trip together. Bang up job kid! The food was great, as well as the company.Actually won a bottle of the PUOSU IV wine which we are breaking the seal Friday evening!! Great meeting some new faces to put the names to. Cant wait for Sunday. Hope to catch one or two that matter. SIS!!

Tie Breaking Procedure


Gonna keep it simple


In case of a tie to those on waiting list, the person who signed up first gets the spot. If said person can't make it, the spot goes to the next person (the person he was tied with who signed up later).

While the 2 trip format was a good idea, with so many qualifiers not being able to go back to back weekends I am gonna hafta re-think this format for PUOSU 5

Lab it was good meeting you as well as some other guys from the board. You did a great job putting everything together.And thanks to everyone else that made it happen and to the Capt. for keeping us out late. Food was outstanding and I had a great time despite only getting 1 small keeper which in hindsight I should have weighed in too. With all the heavy hitters on board who knew lol. Mister Charter masster, I would like know if the individuals fishing this Sunday(day2) of the PUOSU tournament will be bringing food or have other arrangements been made? I would certainly lend a helping hand and make the Foul Hook world famous baked ziti and possibly meataballs with the accompanying homemade gravy. I just need a couple of days notice, as you noticed by my payment plan for these events, things take time! please keep me posted. Thanks FH

The deeper you go into the roster the more this trip will turn into a swingers party. :D LOL.

Personally I would have took the top fifteen spots if people couldn't make it you just fish with less people and up the cost. What's 25-50 bucks more.

Understand why you are doing it like you are lab, but damn how sooner or later you be through the rotation.

Hell every fish I caught would have made the top 15 except one.

I volunteered to bring a 3 foot roast beef hoagie (Submarine sandwich so lab understands) I am having my guy wrap it by individual slices so it doesn't turn into a crab cake sandwich and stays clean

Personally............. oh nevermind........you know what I'm thinking!

This isn't your personal boat, it's a charter boat; capable of holding 25 people. I chartered the boat and the price worked out to $100 to cover Fare, Tip and Whiteleggers. Cut the people in HALF and it's then $200 per man; not $25 extra per man.

Dennis wants it to be ME, HIM and SHRIMPMAN; then he's assured of winning. :confused:

Yeah but if only 5 guys dropped out then you take 500 split by 10 leftover guys making it 150 a guy instead of 200. How many from the original list up through Bobby you posted dropped out? 2-3 so 200-300 divided by 12 or 13 is only approx 25 bucks.


Trust me I want it to me more than just you and the shrimp.

You done a great job setting up the trip
The Captain and Mates done a bang up job keeping us comfortable and giving us a extended fishing day.
I haven’t have food as good on a boat since we do a cruise of the Bahamas the breakfast casserole/heart stopper was insane.
Once again thanks for setting up the trip and giving me a chance to participate in the fun.

Sucks people keep on backing out two trip format was great idea, but should have made people commit to fishing both if they qualified by charging 200 and refunding fair if you didn't make cut...its a shame because I believe some alternates were left on dock that might have fished both.
