I caught a sea raven that was an embarrassment to sea raven fishing everywhere. It was just tiny. I also saw another one caught, as well as a couple of pout. So I guess we caught the Joe Murray Cod Trip Hat Trick, a cod, a raven and a pout.

Looks like the cod have re-grouped after the storms and new moon. Fishing in the area we were in was even better today with limits taken early in the day. Should be good for the Friday Cod excursion!

Thanks again to everyone who sailed on the 12th. You guys are the best. I was impressed with the fishing effort to say the least. Glad to see all of you NJFISHERS.

I am trying to get out on this Friday as well. My wife and I are "DISCUSSING" it.

If I do go I will not bring so much stuff this time. ONE ROD, ONE BAG, AND ONE 94 QUART COOLER!!!!

Let's do it again, I heard the COD bite is in the AM now. I think Mike found my boots so I am good to go if Judith Dear is OK with it.

Tonight we had some of that Cod we caught....Awesome.

It wont last forever so get em while you can.
