Managed to grab my first hybrid and my first walleye at the hopatcong meet and greet today. Both eere right around 14-15 inches. Ill try to upload the pictures later.

Congrats on the Hopatcong Big Two. It's a challenging, yet super fun place to fish, especially this time of year.

That's for sure Skunk I have a serious LOVE/HATE Relationship with Hopatcong! I have had banner days and I have had days like Saturday or worse where it seems like there is not a fish in the whole lake! BUT it is those banner days that keeps me coming back but HEY THAT'S FISHING!!!!

In all of my experiences they usually just laugh at me and say why do you bother to keep trying. Same with the hot chicks.

I find the big girls are more willing to play between 1 and 2 am, especially if their less plump companions have already been landed

BUT as expensive a hobby and challenging as fishing can be, in the end it's a lot less costly and problematic than that hot chick! Stick with the ones like the Raritan after Andy does his thing, they're cleaner, more consistent and you more or less know what to expect.
