site page titles wrong (tumblr)

every since a few weeks (maybe a month or two) ago, every page on NJF has the wrong title displayed. pages will load with the correct title which then after a second changes to "Addthis" and then changes to "Tumblr". this is a problem with the scripting used for the add to tumblr link.

two effects of this: first, bookmarks and links pointing to NJF update to use the new, incorrect, title. second, it makes it tough to read the site if you are used to opening the threads in new tabs, because they now all look identical.

this should be an easy fix for the web guy. if you need a hand lmk and i am happy to assist.

quick reply does seem to work occasionally. does not work when viewing posts, but after making a reply and then that being displayed becomes available. another scripting issue.

This got fixed yesterday and yes you should see a floating social media bar so people can share NJF posts on sites like Facebook and twitter...

how do you close the social media bar so that it stays closed? it covers up NJF (which I use all the time) with buttons for facebook twitter and tumbler (which I never ever use)

also since it's not something i'd use, i'd prefer the threads still display full width instead of leaving a big blank space (on both sides?! :confused:) for the social media bar

Don't think there's an option to disable the social sharing widgets. That's hardcoded.

Updating the H1 title tag is easy. I see it's already been done. Mine was saying Facebook.
