Aeroflex First Time

Planned this trip with my son since last fall. He's off to Boston University in September, so it's with him leaving in mind....that I hope we still have plenty of fishing together in the future! We never found salmon in any numbers, but Matt caught a pickerel of about 18 inches, a 16-inch largemouth, and I caught an 18-inch largemouth. As the sun went down, we put our offerings on top, but though a lot of smaller stuff--bass & pickerel--smacked the weedless frogs and plugs, we never hooked up enough to get any of these fish in the squareback. Had the pleasure of fishing there when it was in limbo between the bank, the State of New Jersey and the old fishing club, needless to say it was some sick fishing !!! Place is still holding up well.
