Midshore bft on the troll and plugs

Shoved off from SH at 2:30 am yesterday. We stopped off at one of the local wrecks due to an abundance of life but nothing to show after an hour of working the area hard. We then headed to our original plan and found more life. After some great bait reading and bird life we come tight on two lines of the spread and land both for our unders. 30-34" fish.

Second half of the day we spent running and gunning looking for our over and having a little fun since the meat was already in the box. We went 5/7 on topwater. These schools were moving so fast that when we got up to them, we only had one cast at them before they went back down. Fun day on them water with a good crew.

Sounds like some fun action and always a bonus when you can get a few in the box. The slots are better IMO because they don't get loaded with the lactic acid. Must better eating.

It was fun. We will have to keep in touch to do do some more buddy boat trips. We go once a week now till sept.
