Sorry been a crazy month with the tog but I been out here almost everyday afterwork.Crappie fishings been bananas up here the last few weeks bad evening is 10 best evening me & butchie had 70 between us been a lot of smaller ones but enough slabs to keep it interesting. Also got the 1st 2 Pennypack Tarpon of the season this past Saturday 27 & 30 inches.
Sh!t rivers also been red hot for Striped & channel catfish I have not been fishing for the striped ones but an evening session will get you double digits of channels up to about 6-7lbs my cousins on the other hand been crushing the striped catfish on cut bunker & clams. Here is a few pics from the last few weeks

Those are some big carp!
The biggest I've hooked into was a 10lb+ in Hackensack river on a nightcrawler and those look way bigger!

Thanks guys, I do not eat the cats although the thoughts crossed my mind especially those 12-15 inches who don't got alot of contaminates but since I catch either a condom, tampon, toilet paper, underwear & socks every delaware trip I just release the whiskers lol as far as weight of the carp I got no idea I don't weigh em I try to get em back in quickly since I love em but I measure the length real quick I should do the length x girth jawn I know I'm a pretty strong guy & they were heavy lol

Sick catches. Love those carp. I have a hard time figuring out how much weight to use for carp. How much would you recommend to use in river in depths less than 12 feet?
