hybrid m&g...aftermath

The big ol' pond refused to share it's spoils with the njf crew saturday morning and one by one some of nj's finest anglers left defeated; faded into the distance until njsquatch and I found ourselves alone on the suddenly eerie lake. We hadn't noticed the weather change and a terrible giggling slowly getting louder and louder...

Without warning the evil clown of hopatcong appeared in a boat behind us and immediately the hybrids started going nuts! The mixed smell of blood and cotton candy seemed to be the ticket this day! we tried to call our fellow njf members back to the anarchy ensuing, but the mystic aura of the evil clown was blocking the reception (sorry guys).

We weren't sure what the clown's intentions were, but as we bailed hybrids he just joined us in the fishing fun! It turns out he wasn't evil at all...and after saving the day. he disappeared into the hazy shadows of the cong...almost as if he was never there at all...except for the fact that we captured him in pictures! Hopefully the not-so-evil clown of hopatcong can help you the next time your out there and the fish just won't bite!

I did find it strange that for such an avid fisherman he was concerned about getting chicken liver juice on his hands and preferred fishing with pink fluorocarbon?
