Charged me $23.99 for nothing, I got nothing !! Linked off NY DEC, be careful !!

My credit company said I should be able to remove the charge since I did not get what I set out to purchase.

This morning I bought a NY license through this link. Printed it out on my home computer so I know the link is good.

I was buying a NY license. The link popped up. With all the out sourcing these days I didn't think twice till it was too late.

Pop up links are a bane and are something to be really careful about. I'd run your anti-virus software just in case.
