PP canal Blackfish fishing

went fishing pp canal using some green crabs and boy bite was hot was drop and reel kinda day but no keepers all 11 to 14 range and caught couple 7 inches, all fat belly fish.

was there today also 2 keepers tons of fish went through 3 dozen in a hour and a half

How much are Green Crabs? And can I use clam?Went thru a dozen yesterday in about 1 1/2 hr. and just caught 5 little ones.I paid 6 or 7 bucks 1 doz.

These togs are keeping me busy from shore, don't care if they keeper or not. Got to love this place though.

go see rich at jersey hooker inlet bait and tackle he will hook you up a little less then $5 bucks a dozen if you use clam you are going to get a lot of pin head sea bass hits they are thick in there also.

green crabs dozen was 4 dollars from that bait shop by the 88 bridge , if you use clams you'll get searobin and a lot of nice size seabass.
