I know this is a freshwater forum, but I am sure you guys will help. I want to go do a little surf fishing in around Belmar area. Is there any place to park and fish stress free? I am willing to travel if I have to. Thank you.

Otherwise just hit the beaches as mentioned. Sea Bright for example.

On the road next to the beach in most places. Before and after swimming hours, parking is usually not an issue.
