Long time lurker, first time poster!
Not looking to spot burn or anything, but I am trying to get my first walleye and would like to get some suggestions on where to try for them. I am limited to fishing from shore. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

How ya doing dude? Where do you live and how far are you willing to travel? This is a touchy subject as there's only a handful of anglers on here that can catch Walleye consistently. Start with a search on this forum! Walleye Reports!!! Then check out the NJF&G site for water bodies stocked with these beautiful fish! Welcome to the best fishing site around!!!

I live in NY actually, but I'm willing to travel pretty much anywhere.

In NJ Greenwood Lake, Swartswood Lake and Monksville Reservoir have pretty good populations of walleye. The Delaware River too. Other than the Delaware, I'm not sure how successful you would be fishing from the shore though.
