windy mixed bag on lh

got out on the cong just as the rain let up had about an hour of cloud cover then it burned off and it was game on with mother natures wind machine,white caps and pleasure boat wakes to deal with out on the point of racoon island.i have a single seat 10ft old town canoe and its a handful to deal with in those conditions. i ended up fishing between the island and jersey ave caught 1 bass at 14.5" 1 crappie 12" 2 stink pans 8 perch, the biggest one 12" and 5 slime darts the biggest one was 18". got him on a blue fox vibrax minnow spinner all the rest on a 1/64oz 3" fin s jig no bobber not a bad day
