Where should I go? Raritan river catfish? Hopatcong from shore?or take the hike to fish the big D? Any other ideas should be appreciated. I'm so dam indecisive haha

I'd research river water levels before venturing in that direction. Might be a bit messy with the rain the last few days

it all comes down to one thing. which of the places you mentioned do you know the best.catfishin is fun,not too much shoreline access at the cong and big D might be murky from the rains lately. if you have a boat or canoe you might try the cong. hybrids lmb and channel cats roam at night.

Go to the D&R canal there's plenty of channels in there ;)

I'm confused, guys mentioning the river being up like it's a bad thing. When the water gets dirty and comes up is the best time to fish for catfish, sure you gotta use a little heavier weight and be more selective where you fish but high water with all the extra food in the river is when the cats put the feed bag on!
