After a few sub par trips went out and sacrificed quantity for quality. Ran the weather gambit from cloudy, rainy with zero wind, to sunny with face ripping wind. the wind seemed to turn off the crappie but turn on the bass while the sun seemed to turn on the crappie when it would peak through the clouds for a minute or two...strange day but nailed some slabs on jig bobbers along with some decent perch and a couple of bluegills over 9". My biggest crappie came on a little husky jerk and some really nice bass surprisingly were pretty aggressive on jerk baits as well.
