Figured why not make one thread for everyone's reports. As of 3/10 I know one shad caught near lumberville earlier in the week and know several boats were out in Easton and Lambertville but didn't hear any reports from those boats. Water temp pushed into the low 50s yesterday so should start seeing some caught. Buddy is going out today

Good to see Shad getting some love on here. I just placed my annual order for spoons and a new wading belt. I should be ready to go in a week . With the mild winter we've had I think we might be in for an early Shad run. I hope to have fish up at the Gap by the last week of March. After all these years of C&Ring these fish this is the year I try to eat some. I've had the roe a few times which is delicious . I've heard about some slow cooking techniques that dissolve most of the bones. I'll give it a shot. If anyone has any recipes for Shad feel free to share.

Shined up my spoons a couple of weeks ago and ordered a 10' noodle rod for increased casting distance.
Man I need to hit the lottery or something this work thing is really interfering with my hobby! Just not enough time.
