I will have an appointment in the evening next week up in Greenwood Lake. I was thinking of stopping to fish for some perch. Think is worth stopping or a waste of my time. I'll have to fish from shore. I was thinking of the inlet by the park.

fatheads or small shiners under a float should yield some action in that area. Perch, crappie or maybe even something larger and more sinister ;)

I picked up a surprise Muskie from the kayak there a few years back while doing some early season Perch fishing in the northeastern "arm". Always worth a shot.
