Not sure if you guys have seen this but I stumbled across it on youtube and it is the best, most entertaining competitive fishing show I have seen. These canadians are seriously talented guys who know how to catch tons of different types of fish. Aaron Wiebe from Uncut Angling is the guy who put it together, take a look if you haven't already. I belong to a few other fishing forums where harsh ball bustin and even harsher true feelings are the norm,and to be honest, it makes it a chit load of fun....Its not the place for thin skinned fisher-people AT ALL, but this is a sensitive site with even more sensitive feelings and egos....None a my damn bussiness but i do believe you owe Mr. weibe an apology, puplic or private.....or you can tell me to F myself for sharing my opinoin....either way , cherio:p

He's not a member here, he doesn't give back to the sites he uses. So since this site has nothing for him to take he wouldn't waste his time. If I thought anyone cared I would've explained beyond making you aware he's a giant d bag...so here it is:

So just for the record, he is a sponsored angler who gets paid to travel to world class destinations to guide and catch legendary fish. I've participated in two contest driven websites that he has taken advantage of. These sites were meant for 'average joe' recreational anglers. Mr. Dweebie would appear when the prizes reached his liking and skim the top off the pots, never giving a damn thing back (I.e. Participating in smaller pot contests, answering questions about his catches, etc.).

Think about it, you're a professional angler and guide, paid and sponsored to travel to world class fishing...you jump into average joe angler contests? Why? Greedy d bag, that's why.

He's single handedly ended one contest site with this tactic and almost another had they not put a stipulation in the rules that I called him out on! He found a loop hole still and basically stole $5k from a regular angler (whom I don't know) that should've won. The site is currently in the process of changing the rules to stop guys like this from ruining it again!

I wouldn't just call some guy a d bag for no reason. I would never tell you or anyone to go f themselves for stating an opinion, but I would tell dweebie to go f himself right to his face and I would rather hook myself in the eyelid than ever apologize to him. Hope this clears things up.

I don't know much about the kid personally but he seems like a hell of an angler. There is videos out there of him catching some very impressive fish including one of the largest walleyes ever caught on film.

I mainly posted the video because I like the format and it was fun to see all the options those lucky canucks have in the warmer months.

he obviously catches plenty of monster fish, you can't argue that. by skimming the tops off the pots and not contributing i mean for example what happened last time i had a run in with him:

there was a free contest run by a large boat company where everyone posted fish all month and it was a blast. there was not one post ever for the 4 months from him or his buddies then on the last day, he throws up a winning fish from both him and his buddy to take the big prize, after not participating in any of the rest of the contest.

these sites have forums and picture sharing, etc. for everyone to enjoy and this guy will just swoop in out of nowhere with one of his world class fish and win without anyone knowing he was even in the contest...because no average angler would even want to fish against him haha.

If you fish at some if the best fisheries in the world I would sure hope you could catch some trophy fish. I see it every day watching different shows and talking on the forums. You could put the most average or sub pat hunter on a farm in Iowa and I bet he will kill a bigger buck then just about anyone in jersey. Now I'm not saying he doesn't know what he is doing but I bet we have anglers on our forum that could out fish him on a regular basis on a equal playing field.

BRING IT! I'd put our best NJF Pikers up against ANY out of state fisherman in NJ waters, regardless if they are pro or have a YouTube channel :eek:.
