Report it to F&G Andy. They put new laws on the book this year about wasting the meat of killed game animals and that looks like a perfect example. Looks to me like it was poached too.

Not to mention ALL the caddis dries and bass bugs and streamers you could tie with that deer hair, oh my!!!
If propperly cared for and proportioned its probably $200-$300 worth of deer hair and buck tail!! Those are rape and pillage prices but if properly tanned and sold in small patches , you'ld be suprised the money you could make!!!

Great sight to see if you bring your kid fishing! Stupidity knows no boundaries. This is the exact stuff that gives the hunting community a bad wrap and hurts the guys who are conservation minded and abide by the rules. It really is a shame the stuff some people get away with. Only good thing is if they're stupid enough to do it once, they'll be stupid enough to do it again and again and sooner or later the hammer will drop. I just hope when it does the punishment fits the crime.

I'm sure Andy knows, but for others who might see something like this, call 877-WARN-DEP to report it. Disposing a whole carcass like that is illegal, but bear in mind that leaving a gut pile IS legal. But you'll probably never see a gut pile before the woodland critters get it.

Other than it being unsightly (and illegal), i wouldnt worry about it too much. There was a deer carcass like that in one of my local trout honey holes last April. Didn't bother the trout and the crayfish were in heaven until a big storm scattered it early summer.

I pretty much get along with everyone, but sometimes really I HATE people... That is just plain stupid right there.

Many "hunters" and "fishermen" gall me. I hate seeing stuff like that, along with signs shot up by bored hunters, and empty Styrofoam bait containers littering the side of nearly every stream in the state.
