I was out on Spruce this weekend. Water level is WAAAYYY down. You can launch off the dirt next to ramps, I had no issues. The ground is nice and firm, but it is fairly steep. Could be an issue if you have a heavy boat. Something with 4x4 would be a wise choice just in case.
If your heading to the far end, give yourself some distance around the tip of campers point. It's pretty shallow there right now.

I was at RV about 3 weeks ago and it was down about 20 feet. The only issue launching was that the docks were out of the water, a minor inconvenience.
I saw boats of all sizes being launched with no, or minimal difficulty. Some of the larger boats (A 21 footer and a pontoon boat) needed two people to push them off the trailer because they couldn't get the trailer in deep enough, but they successfully launched with a few grunts.

RV last weekend.
That's about what I encountered a few weeks ago. If anything it may have come up a little. I think the dock was a little farther away from the water when I was there.

I ended up at the valley. I used the cement launch. The water was below the launch. Launching was easy with my 14 footer u just have to watch for some rocks with trailer. I trolled for trout and got nothing so I hit the shore line and got 3 smallies and 2 LM and a rock bass. It was a beautiful day. Water is so clear actually it's to clear. But looks awesome.....

I fished there today from 9a-1p. Launching was not a problem for my 16' (stay to right side of cement ramp, seems a little deeper.) Water temp was 57. Tried North shore, but a little too windy. Moved to West shore and fished tower to tower with boards and lead core. J-raps and suttons, picked up a handful of bows.
Some nice fat ones!
