having been off since last Wednesday I got in some freshwater action with the dry northeast. hit up my local ponds in philly as well as the delaware 1 evening.Good topwater carping on pumpkin bagels #fallbite as well as loads of tiny bass, perch n panfish for my raccoon traps. on the big d lots of white perch, channel cats & eels. tried a spot we heard rumors of flatheads at in the tidal delaware but caught cockolla. great few days off still cannot trick that koi in my 1 pond into eating!

Nice looking mixed bag Jmurr. Looks like your having fun out there. Where are those illusive, invasive Flatheads hiding? Hmmmmmmmmm!?!?:D

we've been fishing for the flatheads and keep saying we need to go further south! haha they're probably right under all or our noses...how to get them to bite? you got me... we've tried live gills, rockbass, chubs, liver, carp strips, bluefish strips. Fishing in the fishy areas, but nothing but one average channel cat to show for it so far...good luck, and nice mixed bag!
