Stripers tonight?

I'm going to head out tonight around the Sandy hook area leaving around 6 fishing into dark, I've seen a lot of stripers being caught ...preferred bait right now fresh bunker or blood worms or what!?

I'd be fishing eels if I could find them. A good hearty bait that stays on the hook well when casting and are a great night bait.

I would put a sand worm on an 8/0 circle and lip hook an eel after that ;)-
