Results of 8/28 Eastmans Whiting Charter - ANOTHER SLAM

It just keeps getting Better and Better and the Whiting seem to be getting BIGGER all the time.

Yesterday was my last afternoon charter and I am glad as well

We left the dock 3 PM and we arrived on the Whiting Grounds about 4:45. It was game on for about 2 Hours with some HUGE Whiting and Big Ling. Then as the Sun came down the Whiting Bite Shut Off But The Ling Bite Was SAVAGE. We went inshore for Squid but only picked about 15 but I went to the bottom thinking I would catch Ling in 180 feet of water and we had a VERY good steady night bite of small to medium Whiting.

Thank you Marc and Eastmans for another memorable trip. We caught some big whiting on this one. The ling fishing was just stupid good. I can't wait to get back! Captain Nate and Eastmans never disappoint me.
