I strongly suggest NOT using boat rods on these trips. Please bring as light a rod as you have that can handle up to 16 ounces of lead loaded with a reel with 40 to 50 lb test line. Boat supply lead but does not have 8 to 12 ounce sinkers only 16 ounce sinkers. I strongly suggest bringing small hooks. Whiting fishing is SPECTACULAR and will continue to be through the whole month of September

Also anyone that goes on the Pollack trip the day before or after will get $ 5 off regular fare

I should have mentioned use BRAID

You will be fishing from 250 to 350 Feet of water but the Whiting are STACKED UP as well as the Ling
