FSOS tourney?

I am having a heck of a time finding any info on the 2015 FSOS tounament. Ive googled, bing'd, yahooed and I cant find anything except for a mention of it on thier website which looks like its in disaray. No flyer, no rules no nothing.. Do any of you guys happen to have the tournament package that could get from you via email? or a good link to one? Thanks..
