5/27 AM - This morning we had Mark and the boys out. Got our bait and headed right for the grounds. A little slower today with the fish coming up and pushing baits instead of eating them. Wound up landing 7 nice fish to 28 lbs and lost a few. Also had some blues to around 10 lbs.
PM - This afternoon we had an open boat trip. Slow fishing overall with the hard SE wind against the tide. Only could manage a bunch of blues to around 12 lbs.
5/28 AM - This morning we had the Nate Attanasio charter our. After getting our bait, we started right where we have been fishing on some decent marks. Again we read plenty of fish, but could only get them to push the bait around and not take them. Had one hooked up, but pulled the hook on it. Put out the trolling gear and managed to spoon 6 keepers to 22 lbs and a short before heading in.
