Nice Morning on the Delaware

Beautiful morning on the Delaware River. Second cast I caught and released a smallmouth and 5 minutes later I caught and released my first walleye.
Both were caught on a # 3 Eagle Claw inline spinner , black with yellow spots.
I also saw an osprey and an eagle.


The third pic is a sign that was just put up in the parking lot explaining that sturgeon are endangered and illegal to keep.

Sturgeon sign is at fire and edy south of Lambertville across from the flea market on Rt 29.

That's a great area to fish! Haven't made my way down there in a few years. Nice catch and congrats on your first Walleye Mike!

Went back for a while this morning and got skunked. I guess that's fishing.
