Set up on the East side with anticipated East winds in 70 FOW. One hit, 8:15am, one fish. No run offs today. Made a move at 9 into 50 FOW as the East winds started cranking. No runs, no hits. Got an 18" Lake trout at the whistle around 11am.
!2 dozen herring is no guarantee for catching fish. Still looking for a double digit fish, like looking for a needle in a hay stack. May take a break Tuesday (weather) and hit the streams and be back at again on Wednesday.
